Terms and Conditions
Welcome to TripCeler. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you and us and ensure a smooth and transparent relationship. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from us.
1.2 Payment Terms: A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due prior to departure. Full payment schedules will be provided upon booking confirmation.
1.3 Pricing: All prices are quoted in [currency] and are subject to change until full payment is received. Prices include taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Date of booking to 30 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 25% of the package cost.
- 30 to 15 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.
- 15 to 7 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 75% of the package cost.
- Less than 7 days before checkin Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
- No show Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
- No refunds shall be given in case of any cancellations due to natural calamities.
- Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It’s purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In
Peaks seasons, Some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

2.2 Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if minimum participation levels are not met or in cases of force majeure. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
2.3 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Bank fees and currency conversion costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Changes to Bookings
3.1 Client-Initiated Changes: Any changes requested by the client after booking confirmation may incur additional fees. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3.2 Company-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries. In the event of significant changes, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternatives or a full refund.
4. Travel Documentation
4.1 Passport and Visas: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience caused by failure to obtain the necessary documentation.
4.2 Health Requirements: Clients must meet all health requirements, including vaccinations. It is the client’s responsibility to seek advice on health precautions and ensure compliance.
5. Insurance
5.1 Mandatory Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal liability, and loss of baggage.
5.2 Insurance Provider: Clients are free to choose their insurance provider but must provide proof of coverage upon request.
6. Liability and Responsibility
6.1 Company Liability: Our liability is limited to the services provided by us directly. We are not liable for any acts or omissions of third parties, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
6.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, or strikes.
6.3 Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their behavior and compliance with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate the services of any client whose behavior is deemed unacceptable.
7. Complaints and Disputes
7.1 Complaints: Any complaints should be raised immediately with our representatives. If the issue is not resolved, a written complaint must be submitted within 5 days of return.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in Punjab, under the rules .
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Personal Data: We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the use of your personal data for booking and travel purposes.
8.2 Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of the internet.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Content Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9.2 Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to us or our partners.
10. Amendments
10.1 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
10.2 Continued Use: Continued use of our services after changes to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law
